Despite the rain, a number of Brandon townspeople turned out to welcome in the holiday season at the Brandon Town Hall on Sunday, Nov. 27 for a joyful hour of caroling (inside) and tree lighting (outside).

At some point in my campaign, I said to my team, “Let’s fight like hell to win…but..also lets fight like hell to win on the issues. Because losing on the issues is not an option for me.”

Several members of the Otter Valley Union High School Division III football team, as well as members of the Division I Middlebury and Division III Mount Abraham-Vergennes football teams, were named all-stars in voting by the leagues’ coaches.
