A change in the way towns can spend American Rescue Plan money sparked a lengthy conversation among Brandon selectboard members Monday night.

The Brandon Area Chamber of Commerce is once again offering its annual Otter Valley $500 Prize Award for a graduating senior or junior class OVUHS student.
