Long simmering questions about the intersection of mental health services, community integration, and public safety have come to a head recently in the town of Brandon in a way that could cause the loss of essential community services, while also threatening personal safety.

This year’s carnival will run Thursday 5-10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 12-10 p.m., and Sunday from 12-5 p.m.
