Proctor halts work on Beaver Pond Path; seeks forgiveness of $92k
In a surprise reversal, the Proctor selectboard approved a motion at its Monday, Dec. 12 meeting to halt continued planning on the Beaver Pond Path and directed Town Manager Michael Ramsey to seek forgiveness on about $93,000 the town has spent on the project since it was first conceived in 2018.
The Bookstore welcomes back authors after COVID
When The Bookstore opened its doors the first week of December 2019, its mission was not only to sell books, but to be a place for the community to come together to share a love for reading.
