The Market on West Street held a ceremonial ribbon cutting on Friday, Aug. 31. Hosted by the Rutland Region Chamber of Commerce, the ribbon cutting celebrated the re-opening of the general store in Proctor.
The Market has been opened for three months now, but still dozens of town residents showed up in support for the owners, Chris and Jennifer Curtis. Ray Beyette brought his classic Model T out for the occasion as well.
