Brandon Idol went Broadway at the latest installment of the local singing competition. Host for the evening, Bill Moore, introduced and chatted with contestants while they were on stage. Brandon area residents packed the Town Hall for the performance and organizers said 188 folks showed up to hear the nine contestants put on performances worthy of the Big Apple.

Jess Crossman sang “Memory” from “Cats”; Kimberlee Simons belted out “Circle of Life” from the “Lion King” and was voted fan favorite; Emily Doty sang “I Don’t Need a Roof” from the musical “Big Fish”; Kai Wanner performed “Dear Theodosia” from the Broadway-hit “Hamilton”; Kayla Passione sang the classic “I Dreamed a Dream” from “Les Miserables”; Logan Shaddock sang “She Used to be Mine” from “The Waitress”; Holly Mugford-Bermingham chose “The Wizard and I” from “Wicked”; Saige King sang “Monster” from “Frozen”; and Rachel Bregoli sang “A Change In Me” from “Beauty and the Beast”.
