The Reporter is pleased to present our new weekly feature: Maple the Cow by Matt Aucoin. Matt is the art teacher at Lothrop Elementary in Pittsford and at Otter Creek Academy in Whiting. He grew up in Vermont and Maple the Cow is inspired by his time living in these pastoral green mountains.
