In a set of single-candidate races, Proctor voters elected the following officials:
- Andrew Maass as Moderator
- Benjamin Curtis to a three-year term on the Selectboard
- Linda Doty to a two-year term on the Selectboard
- Celia Lisananti to three-year terms as both Town Clerk and Town Treasurer
- Lisa Miser to a three-year term as Quarry Valley School Director
