Mike Fisher waited a long time for his first win at Devil’s Bowl Speedway, and the payoff was worth it.

A man and a woman came into the front lobby of the police station requesting assistance with unlocking a handcuff that had been applied too tightly on the woman’s wrist earlier while the two were “playing around.”

Though Brandon, Pittsford, and Proctor may have been spared the worst brunt of the storms last week, the aftermath was felt over the following days as the water that collected downstream made its way north through Otter Creek.
