A Segment 6 pre-construction and informational meeting will be held in the Brandon Town Hall on Thursday, March 21 at 6:30 p.m.
Officials from the town of Brandon, Casella Construction, DuBois & King, and the Water District will give a presentation of work to be performed, starting later this month and continuing until project completion at the end of 2019.
This work will include finishing segments already under construction and new work on Franklin and Center Streets and parts of West Seminary and Conant Square. Bridge 114, the bridge in front of the town offices, will also see completion this year.
Segment 6 information officer Bernie Carr said this is an ambitious schedule and he encouraged residents to come, see the scope of work planned, and ask questions of those firms involved.
