At the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), the Business Model Canvas helps clients understand their businesses. It’s a visual tool, comprised of 9 components, which can be mapped to a full Business Plan at a later time, if needed—a quick and concise method to explain your business to others and clarify your thinking for next steps and growth. Each registered participant will be emailed a blank canvas template prior to the webinar, to work on during the session.
